Senator Lincoln requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                   
SENATE BILL NO. 29(FIN) An Act relating to certain programs                    
of state aid to municipalities and recipients in the unorganized               
borough; and providing for an effective date be taken up.                      
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 29(FIN) was before the Senate on
